Several vehicles have been broken into - make sure you lock your vehicles and remove anything of value

Overnight there have been several reports of vans being targeted across South Holland.  Vehicles have been broken into on Bourne Road, Pode Hole, Mariette Way, Spalding and Glen View, Counter Drain Drove, Tounge End.  

Please can we ask you check your vehicles for any property missing and let us know if your vehicle has been targeted.  

Please check any recorded video footage, Ring doorbells, security footage, etc.  Please report anything, even if you think it is insignificant, to our control room.

In the meantime, please can we ask you keep vehicles locked and any valuables or tools are kept out of the vehicles.  Some of the reports suggest remote access has been gained to vans.

We will act on any information our communities are able to share that will help us target the criminals who are breaking into and stealing belongings from vehicles.
